One of the ideas shared during the Orlando Gathering was to use Skype for free conferencing. This software enables users to “make calls from your computer — free to other people on Skype and cheap to landlines and cell phones around the world.” Check it out at skype.com.

For the best reception it is recommended to use a headset with a microphone. Adam Carnes found a good deal on a headset ($19.99 with a $20 rebate while supplies last) at tigerdirect.com
