It is odd that it takes several days to get back to a normal routine after a big event. Before the NYC there were all kinds of deadlines and last minute details that demanded attention. Everything was moving at a hectic pace. There was no time to stop.

There was a huge sigh of relief on Wednesday night after the Awards Ceremony, even though there were still some post-conference meetings on Thursday & Friday.

Now that energy and excitement is past. But there are still deadlines. The editorial deadline for the Winter 07-08 curriculum is August 15. There are several other SCM items that will now be able to come off the back burner.

Oh, I also need to give some attention to my blog.
