To Do

June 14th, 2007 by Danny

Events can happen suddenly in our lives. In a moment our priorities can change drastically. Often it is during these times of emergency that we realize what is truly important.

Let us not wait until a tragedy causes us to reevaluate our purpose. Take the time to prayerfully consider why you are here. Daily ask yourself, “What is the most important thing I can do today?” Then do it. If you accomplish that one thing, your day has been profitable.

Being a faithful witness for Christ should always be high on our list. Though we have many other daily responsibilities let us not lose sight of our more important goals. Will this current task be significant tomorrow, or next year? Focus on the things that matter for eternity.
